The City of Charles Sturt, with funding assistance from the Australian Government, has implemented a number of energy saving initiatives at the Civic Centre Complex (Woodville) through the Kill Bills Project. Savings from the Kills Bills project will be reinvested back into the community through establishment of the Community Green Buildings Grant. These grants aim to help not-for-profit sporting clubs and groups reduce their energy bills and costs.

Application period occurs from January – April 2016.
Grant monies will be awarded in 2016/17 financial year (approx.. July/August 2016).
Successful grant recipients (Year 1) will be required to complete their projects and acquit the grant by 30 June 2017.
