To list your event in our calendar of events, please complete the form below. These details may be used in various publications.

Calendar of Events Conditions

1. The City of Charles Sturt does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies, changes, errors, omissions or any misconceptions that may occur in the Calendar of Events and other related publications.
2. It is at the discretion of the City of Charles Sturt to determine the information and/or images that will appear in the Calendar of Events and related publications.
3. Events should meet the following criteria to be listed under Council's Calendar of Events.
4. A promotional image must be supplied and must be 1920 (width) x 1280 (height) pixels in size in .jpg or .png format.
5. Events must be submitted via the form a minimum of one week before the event date.

The event must:

1. be held within Council boundaries
2. be open to the public
3. have a tourism or community participation focus
4. offer noteworthy benefit for the tourism industry and local community
5. not involve any illegal activity.
6. be a "one off" event and not an ongoing activity
