Expressions of Interest - Vendor - Events Permit

The Christmas Light Display is a popular Community Event, attracting thousands of visitors each year from all over the state.

The City of Charles Sturt is calling for Expressions of Interest from a vendor wishing to supply and manage the entertainment and food areas at the Adams Street Reserve in Hindmarsh from 24 November 2017 to 1 January 2018 (subject to change), with the option to possibly have the permit extended for similar periods for a further 2 years until 2019.

All expressions must agree to conditions specified by Council together and include all relevant information (attached).  The Vendor should include a proposed fee that they are prepared to pay to Council in order to acquire the permit. The permit will be issued for the purpose of managing the entire site for the duration of the Christmas lights display.
